Jazz Night featuring Tapas by Steve Olsen

Mediterranean Tapas:
A mix of Spanish and Greek tastes to compliment our featured wines.
Gambas Al Ajillo - tiger shrimp with garlic and olive oil spiked with hot chili.
Spanakopita – crispy phyllo filled with spinach, goat milk feta, and fresh herbs.
Albondigas en Salsa – spicy meatballs in sweet red pepper, tomato, and Sherry reduction.
Dolmades Pignoli – grape vine leaves stuffed with herbed rice and pine nuts with fresh tzatziki.
Taste of Italy Antipasti Plate:
Savour the night’s wines with a variety of cured meats, cheeses and olives with deep, fruity olive oil.
Pistachio Baklava:
Sweet and warm spiced layers of phyllo pastry, pistachios and almonds in a floral honey syrup, served with passion fruit crème.
As always we will be bringing in a few different wines for the night to be served by the bottle OR in a flight so that you can try all of them.
The Jazz will start around 8:30pm to finish off this great night.
