Mike Alviano started his musical career in his hometown of Kitchener, Ontario with the band Strange Days. After the band broke up Mike decided the need to tour and write songs could no longer be ignored, releasing his debut CD “Jubilee”.

Mike Alviano takes inspiration from the earthy storytelling of Bruce Springsteen and combines it with the sonic experimentation of the Flaming Lips. His songs reflect the experiences he has had on the road. Mike Alviano most recently released his third solo effort, “The Vagabond Songs” to follow up his highly acclaimed sophomore CD “Radiate”.
